SEEQRS was founded by Chris and Ross, two engineers with a shared desire to improve everyday experiences and solve practical problems. The idea began in Tetbury with a simple thought: what if local businesses, attractions, event traders and organisers could reach people digitally at the exact moment they are nearby and ready to explore? Built around the vision to “re-localise tourist information”, the SEEQRS web app was developed over the course of 2025 to give businesses and event organisers a smarter way to connect with real-world footfall, ready to support events and local high streets from Spring 2026.
